From Carbon to Sky

Every Bristell aircraft is hand-built by a team of 200+ specialists in Kunovice, Czech Republic. Here's how we turn raw materials into your dream aircraft.

The Build Process

Each aircraft takes approximately 11 weeks from the first composite layup to the final test flight. Our factory produces 110+ aircraft per year — each one individually crafted and inspected to the same exacting standards.

01

Composite Layup

Week 1-3

Carbon fiber and glass fiber fabrics are carefully laid into precision molds. Vacuum bagging and autoclave curing ensure perfect lamination with minimal weight.

02

Structural Assembly

Week 3-5

Fuselage, wings, and empennage are joined together. Every joint is inspected, every bolt torqued to specification, every rivet set with precision.

03

Systems Installation

Week 5-8

Engine, avionics, electrical, fuel, and control systems are installed. Each wire, tube, and connector follows approved wiring diagrams and piping layouts.

04

Paint & Finish

Week 8-9

Professional automotive-grade paint application in our dedicated paint booth. Custom liveries and standard color schemes available.

05

Quality Inspection

Week 9-10

Multi-point inspection covering structural integrity, systems function, weight & balance, and documentation. Nothing leaves without full sign-off.

06

Test Flight

Week 10-11

Every aircraft completes a comprehensive test flight program verifying performance, handling, and systems operation before delivery.
